By entering into any competition, posted via our websites, social media pages or by any other method you agree to the following terms and conditions.
Any competition offering free delivery, or a free product(s) with free delivery only applies to delivery addresses within mainland U.K. excluding Scottish Highlands and Islands.
Excluded areas are as follows:
- Any nation other than the United Kingdom
- Scottish Highlands and Islands
- Northern Ireland
- Isle of Wight
- Isle of Man
- Channel Islands
- Any areas deemed premium delivery by our carrier.
Any competition winner with a delivery address within the above areas will be invited to pay a delivery fee in order to accept their winning item(s).
Competition winners will have 7 days to confirm delivery addresses and pay any additional delivery charges, after which any competition winning will be null and void. The item(s) may or may not be re-advertised for sale or for competition winnings at the discretion of FindPak Supplies Ltd.
Failure of Delivery / Damage in Transit
Should any carrier either fail to deliver, or damage the item, the winner will not be able to claim compensation for any loss - with the exception of any delivery charges paid to excluded areas.
Right to Withdraw
FindPak Supplies Ltd. reserves the right the withdraw the competition at any time, without notice.
FindPak Supplies Ltd. reserves the right to change these terms at any point, without notice.
